Entirely by accident | Broke NY makeup artist turned successful fashion photographer
The universe has some random chance luck probabilities which makes you surely to believe in destiny, we all believe in hard work and covering all the bases, plus education, good manners, dedication, paying dues and all that. Still despite all odds some people who weren’t even trying, make it to the top and so easily it makes the world spin around your head.
This is a true story of one such man I met in 2017, even the meeting was by fat chance… one day the phone rings at VRset in LA where I work as Fashion Photographer and there is the voice of a guy from a Florida marketing agency on the line, he got my number from a response I made on CraigsList of all places, which itself is a one in a 1000 chance connection.
I could not even remember how long ago and when I had responded to his post, but I did and here he was calling me, and apparently he had done his homework checking me out, because he was ready to green light a project on which I was the lead producer.
Turns out the project is not only in LA but also NY, and soon Chicago and maybe Florida, I was intrigued and once the deposit hit…
